Shipping policy

We ship all orders VIA FedEx or UPS unless a more expedient option is available. We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of confirmation unless item requires custom production or personalization. All Texas shipping locations will be charged Texas Sales Tax at the rate of 8.25%.

To be established as a customer, we reserve the right to require payment by check via USPS on an initial order that uses electronic check payment.

We offer a 30 day Refund or Exchange policy of all items purchased on the purchase price only. No Refunds on Shipping. After 30 days, all defective item requests should be submitted to Specialty Graphics, Inc. in writing. Refunds and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date. Returns are only accepted with a confirmed RMA# issued by Specialty Graphics, Inc.
